- Running into technical issues with Lean Six Sigma tools

Support can come in the form of phone calls and messaging/chat using Skype or Google Hangout, or via email. We can talk as a group with others going through the same journey, or one-on-one to deal with your issue. I can also ping you every week or so, to make sure you don’t get overwhelmed with other projects and distractions.
Sometimes it’s good to have someone to talk to about your struggles, keep you motivated, and help you through situations that come up. The kind of support I wish I had when I was going through this journey. It is also valuable for me, so I can get direct feedback on the training material and hear where you are getting stuck, in order to provide resources or content to everyone going through the same struggles.
I’m here to make you successful, even if you don’t know all the Lean or Six Sigma tools, or don’t think your company will want to pursue these improvements.
